Fairfield Inn & Suites | 3510 Market Center Drive, Terrell, TX | October 10-13, 2024.
Rooms may be booked through this link. Three types of rooms are available within the block: King Suite with Sofa bed ($99), Standard King ($89), or Standard 2 Queen ($89). There will be a pet fee if you keep birds in the room. Last day to book for these rates is Friday, September 27.
If you have issues booking and are told that one of these types of rooms are unavailable, please call/text Julie Willis at 469-524-9700 or Steve Higgins at 713-819-8769.
EVENT INFORMATION:
Show hall opens for set up and birds on Thursday, October 10, at 12pmCT. Please bring your birds in through the back of the hotel. There will be 2 doors with ramps leading directly into the show hall. The show hall will lock at 11pmCT each evening, and reopen at 7am the following morning. All birds must be removed from events center by 11amCT on Sunday, October 13. All clean up help will be greatly appreciated.
*Please note that red drinks are NOT allowed in the show hall.
Entry Fees:
Before 6pm Thursday, October 10-- Entry fees are $6 per bird, up to 15; additional entries are free.
After 6pm Thursday, October, 10-- Entry fees are $8 per bird, up to 15; additional entries are free.
There are no additional charge for pairs unless they are not entered in the regular show; then, pricing above applies.

Friday, October 11
7am - Show Hall opens
6-9am - Complimentary Breakfast provided by the hotel
10am - Judge's Panel Meeting. All members welcome
12pm - Lunch provided for Judges and Board; all others can be added to the order at their own cost
1pm - Board of Directors meeting. All members are welcome
5pm - Presentation by the judge in the Breakfast Area
6pm - Evening meal provided by DFW and HBS

11pm - Show Hall Closes
Saturday, October 12
7am - Show Hall opens
7-10am - Complimentary Breakfast provided by the hotel
9am - All birds must be entered and in their show cages, tags on, and ready for staging

4pm - Raffle drawing
6pm - Pre-Banquet Hospitality
7pm - Banquet and Awards presentation
